T-Systems Iberia busca un/a Agile Coach o Scrum Master para acompañar a equipos en la adopción de prácticas ágiles y una gestión eficiente del Product Backlog mediante Jira.Se trabajará con marcos Scrum y Kanban en un entorno híbrido dentro de España, promoviendo transparencia y mejora continua.Requiere 3-5 años en entornos ágiles, experiencia en Jira y potencial capacidad de mentoría para Product Owners, facilitando sesiones de refinamiento y estimación.#J-*****-Ljbffr
