ALIF is a full-service digital marketing and creative agency headquartered in Dubai, working with hospitality, wellness, real estate, and lifestyle brands across the US, Europe, UAE, and Southeast Asia.We design and build brands, websites, and digital products for clients who care about long-term brand equity, not just launches.We are hiring a remote UX/UI Designer based to lead design across client websites, brand systems, and product interfaces.Own UX and UI design for client websites and digital products, from wireframes to polished, developer-ready design systems Design in Figma and Claude and hand off cleanly to development, or build directly in Claude code when the project calls for it Translate brand strategy into interfaces: typography, layout, and visual systems that hold up across a full site, not just a homepage Contribute to brand identity work when projects require it 2+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio of shipped websites and products, ideally in hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands ~ Deep, demonstrable fluency with AI in your design practice.Expert-level Figma; working proficiency in Webflow ~ We do restrained, editorial, brand-led design and we expect the same standard from you ~ Fluent English; Experience with motion, prototyping tools, or front-end fundamentals Spanish or French Full-time, remote.Send your portfolio and a short note on how AI is embedded in your design workflow.
