Job description

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Clients und Server im MS-Umfeld, VMware-Virtualisierungsumgebung, Netzwerk, Videoüberwachung, Telefonie…)
  • First- und Second-Level-Support der IT-Infrastruktur und der eingesetzten Softwarepakete für die hausinternen Anwender
  • Analyse von eingemeldeten Problemen und selbstständige Ausarbeitung von Lösungsmöglichkeiten, ggf. zusammen mit externen Partnern
  • Mitarbeit bei technischen Projekten rund um die IT- Infrastruktur

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene einschlägige Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK/HTL), Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen ist von Vorteil
  • Analytisches und ganzheitliches Denken, ein gutes Prozessverständnis und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamplayer-Qualitäten

Die Entlohnung erfolgt auf Basis der Kollektivvertrags-Richtlinien - Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
