Senior Systems Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field (advanced degree preferred) * 10+ years of experience supporting aerospace, defense, or space systems programs * Experience with ISR, radar systems, RF payloads, or mission systems engineering * Familiarity with MBSE/SysML tools and systems engineering lifecycle processes * Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills * Active TS/SCI clearance required

Preferred * Prior SETA or government program office experience * Experience with DoD acquisition processes and space system integration/testing * Familiarity with tools such as Cameo, Jira, Confluence, DOORS, MATLAB, or Python
