Guidewire Business Analyst (Cloud Certified)

LTIMindtree is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst with Cloud Certification to support enterprise Guidewire implementations and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) along with hands-on exposure to Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) and Agile delivery environments., Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications Work closely with Guidewire developers, architects, and QA teams Support Guidewire Cloud implementations and migration efforts Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies Ensure traceability of requirements across SDLC Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution Validate data mapping, integrations, and business rules Apply (This will open in a new window from which you will be automatically redirected to an external site after 5 seconds)

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong experience with Guidewire Suite (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter) Cloud Certification (Mandatory) - AWS / Azure / GCP Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) Expertise in requirements gathering, BRD, FRD, user stories Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance domain Experience with Guidewire integrations (APIs, messaging, web services) Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Guidewire Certification (Associate / ACE) Experience in Guidewire Cloud migration projects Familiarity with Gosu (basic understanding) Experience with microservices architecture Knowledge of data mapping and ETL processes Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio
