Experienced Flutter Developer - Retail Media

In this role, you will build new features and drive continuous optimizations to create a seamless, intuitive, and high-performing customer journey for users around the world. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll turn customer needs and business goals into impactful digital experiences.

Your tasks will include:

• Contribute to our newly written Flutter App, available in 11 countries and millions of users

• Take a key role in analyzing and refining requirements with the product owner

• Help us to improve architecture and code quality as well as to optimize the development process

• Strengthen your knowledge in a new, emerging and exciting technology

• Optimize the fully automized CI/CD pipeline using state of the art technology

• Teach and mentor less experienced team members with pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions

• Experience with Android or iOS development
• Team player: Love to collaborate with others and rather ask for help than trying to invent the wheel a second time
• Good communication skills and a problem solving attitude, * Young environment, where not everything is written in stone, and where you are expected to contribute and co-create the culture of the Tech Hub and international collaboration model
