ResponsibilitiesDeliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirementsCustomize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specificationsEffective management of priorities to meet established deadlinesMaintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when requiredTrack project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone deliveryDemonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelinesSupport go-live activities ensuring payroll system readinessRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)Hands?on experience in SAP HCM application.Involvement in implementations is a plusIn?depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high?quality HR system implementations/configurationsStrong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive informationFluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client?focused, collaborative mindset.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience) Hands?on experience in SAP HCM application.
