Job description

Provide Tier 2 through Tier 4 engineering support for hybrid-cloud infrastructure across on-premises data centers and AWS environments.
Maintain, deploy, and administer Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and VMware virtualization platforms.
Configure Active Directory and Group Policy, apply DISA STIGs, monitor system health via Splunk, and manage requirements in ServiceNow., * Deliver Tier 2 through Tier 4 technical support and problem resolution for enterprise applications and data lake infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.
Engineer and administer Windows and Linux server environments, storage infrastructure, and workstations.
Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual servers, virtual desktops, and cloud-hosted Windows workloads within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Provide Tier 3 engineering for VMware virtualization environments and automated infrastructure solutions.
Oversee Windows Group Policy administration and implement security standards adhering to DISA STIG guidelines.
Conduct data center facility tasks including hardware racking, cabling, capacity management, commissioning, and inventory tracking.
Monitor infrastructure performance and utilization metrics using Splunk, proactively addressing capacity and threshold limits.
Coordinate technical projects, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate cross-system deployment and integration.
