Job description
- Provide Tier 2 through Tier 4 engineering and operational support for hybrid-cloud mission infrastructure across on-premises data centers and commercial cloud environments.
- Maintain and optimize Windows and Linux server platforms, virtual desktop infrastructure, and enterprise storage systems.
- Oversee system hardening, performance monitoring, and project de-confliction across enterprise mission services., * Deliver Tier 2 through Tier 4 support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for technology products, applications, and virtualization platforms.
- Build, maintain, and administer Windows and Linux servers and virtual desktop infrastructure across physical data centers and AWS environments.
- Perform data center facilities and hardware management, including racking, cabling, commissioning, inventory tracking, and decommissioning.
- Configure and manage Windows Group Policy, Active Directory, and configuration baselines in alignment with required security postures.
- Implement and validate DISA STIG compliance and assist with system accreditation documentation.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and resource utilization metrics using Splunk and alert on defined capacity thresholds.
- Manage requirements, incidents, and engineering project coordination utilizing ServiceNow.

- Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
