Implementation Specialist

• Configure and deploy NetSuite across multiple global entities
• Partner with accounting and finance teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Review existing system design and optimize configurations
• Support inventory, procurement, and financial management processes
• Validate project deliverables and ensure successful go-live execution
• Provide recommendations for long-term NetSuite administration and support

• Hands-on implementation of NetSuite ERP in a multinational organization
• Experience with Financial Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules
• Background supporting multi-entity, high-user-count environments (500+ users)
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes
• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party or custom applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, * NetSuite certifications
• Experience with Warehouse Management, Order Management, or Supply Chain Management modules
• Boomi integration experience
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
• Accounting accreditation or formal accounting background

• Lead a high-impact global ERP transformation
• Work with international teams across North America and Europe
