Job description

Our mission: “Every day we dedicate our time, talent and resources to creating secure, sustainable solutions that empower lotteries to maximize good cause funding.”, * Implementation of our highly available transaction system that stores, evaluates, processes and accounts lottery game products

  • Design, implementation and testing of new features
  • Maintenance, customer support and assistance in test
  • Technical support of customer systems (currently >25 live customers around the world, and more to follow)
  • Responsibility for the implementation, testing, and documentation of software to ensure system stability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues
  • Participation in all phases of the software development cycle

Requirements

  • Technical experience in C or C++
  • Java developers are also welcome
  • Good knowledge in using / designing web interfaces (REST, JSON, …)
  • Basic Linux experience
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Bash
  • Experience in using GitLab, container build environments
  • Effective problem-solving skills in a multi-component, highly available system
  • Skilled programmer and able to work with sensitive data
  • Self-organized but also a good team player
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with databases and SQL (PostgreSQL / Oracle / SQLite),
  • Bonus Skills: Experience in performance critical environments
  • Language skills: German and English
