Extremely effective, self-driven builder 3+ years building production Flutter apps for iOS and Android At least 1 year of experience building and owning a complete end-to-end technology stack (Frontend + Backend + Cloud + CI/CD) Strong Dart skills, Clean Architecture and MVVM, solid async/isolates understanding Experience with state management using Riverpod or Bloc, dependency injection with get_it Experience with Firebase Auth, Firestore, Remote Config, FCM, Crashlytics, and Analytics/Performance Experience with testing (unit, widget, integration, golden) Operational knowledge of CI/CD using Fastlane with GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Codemagic Strong product sense and customer centric mindset Strong remote working communication skills Bonus Experience building and managing engineering teams is a plus Overlap with Spain hours and ability to meet in person once a quarter AppsFlyer, GA4, Segment, Mixpanel, or Amplitude in production A/B testing About the interview Our interview process is short and to the point.
