It Digital Enablement Lead

The IT Digital Enablement Lead is the primary IT strategic partner to business leadership for the assigned value stream, responsible for driving the digital enablement strategy and the intake of new initiatives. The role works in close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate priorities into a coherent technology agenda, and partners with different areas to ensure that initiatives are delivered with discipline, and the expected value is realized. This position leads a team of IT Digital Enablement Partners and reports to the Senior Director of IT Digital EnablementKey AccountabilitiesDrive the IT digital enablement strategy and serve as the primary IT partner to the value stream, defining and executing the strategy in alignment with Werfen’s global IT and business priorities, building trusted relationships with Business Unit leadership and functional stakeholders, and acting as the connector between business needs and technology capabilities to ensure local and regional priorities are reflected in global IT deliveries.Shape technology investments and champion the adoption of digital capabilities within the value stream, identifying and prioritizing initiatives with rigorous business case definition and benefits realization, and driving the adoption of data and analytics, automation, integration, and emerging technologies (AI/ML).Ensure effective adoption of value-stream initiatives by partnering with internal IT teams in alignment with global policies, standards and toolsLead, develop and inspire the team of IT Digital Enablement Partners, ensuring high performance and continuous capability building, and maintain effective management processes including onboarding, development, performance management and succession.Networking/Key relationshipsSenior Director of IT Digital EnablementVP Technology Enablement and Global ITBusiness Unit leadership and functional heads within the value streamExternal technology vendors and strategic partnersOther functions as requiredMinimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required.Minimum of 10 years of experience required within Information Technology,Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and supervising IT and/or digital teams required.Minimum of 10 years of strong business acumen with a consulting-oriented mindset and demonstrated understanding of business processes and operational execution in assigned value stream.Understanding of IT in regulated environments such as healthcare, in vitro diagnostics, pharmaceutical or medical device industries.Demonstrated experience acting as a technology partner or business-facing IT to senior business stakeholders.Proven experience delivering digital and IT initiatives within matrix, global organizations.Fluency in EnglishSkills & Capabilities:Strong strategic thinking and business acumenSolid business process knowledge and technical understanding across digital, infrastructure and PMO domains relevant to the value streamDemonstrated experience as a trusted advisor and technology partner to business leadershipStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence at senior leadership level and across diverse cultures and functionsFinancial acumen and budget management capabilityExperience driving change and digital transformation in regulated industriesComfortable operating in ambiguity and leading change across global, regional and local levelsProven experience building and developing high-performing teams#J-*****-Ljbffr

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required. Minimum of 10 years of experience required within Information Technology, Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and supervising IT and/or digital teams required. Minimum of 10 years of strong business acumen with a consulting-oriented mindset and demonstrated understanding of business processes and operational execution in assigned value stream. Understanding of IT in regulated environments such as healthcare, in vitro diagnostics, pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
