Our partner is aninternational organisationwith a lean and collaborative IT team supporting colleagues across several European locations.

They are looking for aSenior System Engineerwho enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to keep developing technically. Senior System Engineer - Role & Responsibilities
- Provide1st, 2nd & 3rd line support, troubleshooting issues across users, systems, endpoints and infrastructure.
- Administer and maintainMicrosoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and Windowsenvironments.
- Take ownership ofsystem maintenance, incidents, requests and changeswithin an ITIL-based framework.
- Manageuser lifecycle & access, including onboarding, offboarding and permissions.
- Drivedocumentation & knowledge sharing, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to keep the IT environment structured and up to date.
- Contribute totechnical projects & continuous improvement, while collaborating with colleagues and external IT partners across Europe.
Requirements
- 5-15 years of experienceas a System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Service Engineer or similar.
- Strong hands-on knowledge ofMicrosoft 365, Azure and Windowsenvironments.
- Solid experience across1st, 2nd and 3rd line supportand system administration.
- Practical knowledge ofITIL, Jira and Confluence, with a strong focus on technical documentation.
- Comfortable working in aninternational infrastructure, collaborating with users, IT colleagues and external providers.
- Fluent Englishis essential; Dutch is a strong advantage. French is a plus.
