Job description
Work in an international IT environment where you’ll collaborate daily with engineers across Europe and take ownership of a diverse infrastructure., As aSenior System Engineer, you will join a small and technically versatile IT team, working closely with engineers and colleagues across different countries. This is not a role limited to ticket resolution: you will work across1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, infrastructure, cloud and systems administration, while contributing to the continuous improvement of the IT environment. Senior System Engineer - Your Role
- Provide1st, 2nd & 3rd line support, troubleshooting a broad range of hardware, software, endpoint and infrastructure issues.
- Administer and maintainMicrosoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows and endpoint environments.
- Manage user lifecycle activities includingonboarding, offboarding and access management.
- Handleincidents, requests, problems and changeswithin an ITIL-based service environment, using Jira for ticket management.
- Work closely withinternational IT engineers, external providers and technical partnersto resolve issues and maintain service quality.
- Contribute toIT projects, process improvements, documentation and knowledge sharing, while providing technical backup to the wider team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experienceas a System Engineer or Service Engineer or in a similar infrastructure-focused role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge ofMicrosoft 365, Azure and Windows environments.
- Solid experience across1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working within anITIL-based environmentand usingJirafor IT service management.
- Strong communication skills and a genuineservice-oriented mindset; you enjoy working with people as much as solving technical challenges.
- Fluent English is essential; French and/or Dutch are a strong plus.
