THE WORK

As a PLM & Engineering Consultant / Solution Lead, you will help clients transform their R&D, Engineering, and New Product Development (NPD) capabilities.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Advising clients on Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Digital Transformation strategies.
• Designing and improving end-to-end R&D, Engineering, and NPD processes from ideation to industrialization and end-of-life.
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solution designs.
• Supporting solution architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption activities.
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives using leading PLM and Engineering technologies.
• Staying up to date with market innovations and helping clients adopt emerging capabilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field., * Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Engineering, Product Development, Digital Engineering, Manufacturing, or related business domains.
• Experience supporting process transformation, system implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of product development, engineering change management, product data management, or manufacturing processes.
• Experience engaging with business and technical stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience within consulting, engineering, manufacturing, or technology environments.
• Knowledge of SAP PLM, Siemens Teamcenter, or similar Product Lifecycle Management solutions is considered an advantage., * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable process and technology solutions.
• Understanding of engineering, R&D, product development, or PLM processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Interest in digital engineering, product innovation, and emerging technologies.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

• Experience with PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, Aras Innovator, or similar solutions.
• Experience supporting digital thread, digital twin, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), or product data management initiatives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, product servicing, or connected product ecosystems.
• Experience working in consulting environments.
• Certifications related to PLM platforms, Agile delivery, project management, cloud technologies, or digital transformation.
