Job description

  • Erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Störungen und Supportanfragen
  • Installation und Bereitstellung von Notebooks und Smartphones
  • Erstellung und Verteilung von Softwarepaketen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an allen Client-Systemen
  • Erfassung und Dokumentation aller Vorgänge

Requirements

  • Einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss, das Abitur oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Begeisterung für IT, Netzwerke, Hardware und digitale Technologien
  • Neugier darauf, technische Systeme zu verstehen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und daran, bei technischen Fragen zu unterstützen
  • Eine offene Art und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu erklären
  • Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und ein gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Motivation, Neues zu lernen und gemeinsam im Team Lösungen zu entwickeln
