Job description
In this role, you will combine customer-focused product thinking with hands-on Agile delivery, working closely with international teams across Product Management, R&D, and clinical experts., Product definition & ownership
- Translate clinical and market needs into clear innovative product requirements and user stories
- Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with development teams
- Ensure high-quality delivery by defining acceptance criteria and validating outcomes
Customer & domain insight
- Understand clinical workflows across specialties (e.g., radiology, cardiology, pathology)
- Engage with healthcare professionals and customers across Europe and globally
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and clinical outcomes through technology and innovative User Experience Design
Agile delivery
- Work closely with R&D teams in an Agile/Scrum setup
- Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement
- Balance feature development, technical improvements, and user value
Collaboration & stakeholder management
- Act as a key interface between Product Management, R&D, Product Marketing and Customers
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
- Support go-lives, customer feedback loops, and product improvements
Continuous improvement
- Monitor product performance and user adoption
- Drive incremental enhancements based on feedback and data
- Contribute to the long-term product roadmap and innovation strategy
Requirements
Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Degree in Healthcare, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Additional qualifications (e.g., MSc, MBA, clinical background) are a plus
Experience
- Experience in product management, product ownership, or similar roles
- Background in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or clinical environments
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Knowledge
- Understanding of healthcare workflows in hospital settings
- Knowledge of standards such as DICOM, HL7, or FHIR is highly valued
- Experience with enterprise or clinical software solutions is an advantage
Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in international and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
