Programmer

In this role, you will work alongside experienced developers to develop, maintain, and support business applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. You’ll gain real-world experience working with applications, databases, and business systems while continuing to strengthen your programming and problem-solving skills., * Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of new and existing WinForms applications using the Microsoft .NET framework

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Work alongside experienced developers to learn existing applications, systems, and development practices
• Assist with SQL queries, databases, and application data
• Test, troubleshoot, and debug application issues
• Collaborate with team members to complete development assignments
• Support and maintain existing applications
• Learn new technologies and programming skills as business needs evolve
• Manage multiple assignments and complete work within established timelines
• Provide technical and end-user support as needed

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent education, training, or relevant experience
• Foundational knowledge of programming concepts and software development
• Experience with .NET development through coursework, internships, personal projects, or employment preferred
• Familiarity with WinForms and VB.NET is a plus
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a development team
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, programming languages, and systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive business and consumer information
