Linux Administrator/Engineer

Responsible for diagnosing and resolving Linux, software, hardware, and network issues in production environments. Works closely with engineering and operations teams to identify root causes, implement solutions, improve system reliability, and support infrastructure operations., Troubleshoot Linux systems, applications, networking, and server hardware issues. Analyze system and application logs to identify and resolve root causes. Support production environments and infrastructure reliability initiatives. Develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures. Create simple automation scripts using Python or Bash. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

3+ years of Linux administration experience (RHEL and/or Ubuntu preferred). 1+ year of server hardware troubleshooting experience. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and the OSI model. Experience analyzing system and application logs. Python or Bash scripting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently., Knowledge of Docker, Podman, and container networking. Experience with AWS, Grafana, ServiceNow, or related technologies. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, SQLite, or MongoDB. Cybersecurity or EDR tool experience. RHCE Certification preferred.
