IT Manager-Networking

We are looking for an experienced Network Manager to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s network infrastructure. The role will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, performance, and reliability of network services while leading network operations and troubleshooting activities.

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, switches, and other network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues and incidents.
• Plan and implement network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Configure and manage Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto or equivalent networking technologies.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, DNS, DHCP, and load-balancing solutions.
• Implement network security controls and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and external vendors for network-related activities.
• Manage network incidents, changes, problems, and service requests in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Conduct capacity planning and identify opportunities for network optimization.
• Provide technical guidance to network engineers and support teams.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto technologies.
• Good understanding of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, VPN, NAT, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
• Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure and vendors.
• Strong incident, problem, and change-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
