Job description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications.
Build and enhance backend services using Java or Python.
Develop REST APIs and system integrations.
Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.
Develop data processing and batch solutions.
Work with databases to design efficient queries and optimize performance.
Collaborate with architects, UI developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and Agile development activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical solutions.
Learn and adopt new technologies as required.
Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas.
Perform hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications.
Work closely with management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes.

Requirements

3+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
Strong programming experience in Java with Spring Boot or Python with modern backend frameworks.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Experience with distributed systems and service-based architecture.
Experience with messaging/event-driven platforms such as Apache Kafka.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred).
Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
Experience deploying applications using OpenShift / Kubernetes.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills., * Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Java Microservices.
Experience with Python Microservices.
Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into applications.
