Technical Program Manager, Customer Logistics Security

Customer Logistics Security (CLS) protects the physical and digital infrastructure that moves every Amazon package. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive security program execution across Operational Technology (OT) and infrastructure environments, coordinating with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver outcomes that reduce risk at scale.

• You will own the day-to-day execution of cross-functional security programs, managing dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across internal and external teams.
• You will establish and run operating mechanisms that keep programs on track and leadership informed.
• You will operate in a space where security requirements intersect with industrial systems, network infrastructure, and physical operations, requiring you to build context quickly and translate between technical and business audiences., * Own end-to-end execution of security programs from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple teams.
• Establish and maintain operating mechanisms (status cadences, tracking artifacts, escalation paths) that create visibility and drive accountability.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to align priorities, secure commitments, and unblock delivery.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and conflicts before they become blockers, escalating with data when needed.
• Translate technical security problems into structured program plans with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria.
• Drive closure on action items, decisions, and deliverables, ensuring programs maintain momentum through competing priorities.
• Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership in a clear, concise format that enables decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring friction in program execution and building mechanisms to prevent it.

The OT & Infrastructure Security (OTIS) team is part of Customer Logistics Security (CLS). We secure the operational technology and network infrastructure that powers Amazon’s fulfillment, sortation, and delivery network. Our scope includes industrial control systems, facility networks, and the security architecture that protects them. We operate at the intersection of physical operations and cybersecurity, which means the problems are tangible, the scale is massive, and the work matters immediately. • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience, * Experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP), or experience in Database like NoSQL and experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Experience in a logistics/operations environment
• Experience in security, infrastructure, or operational technology domains
• Experience managing programs with external stakeholders or partner organizations
• Experience with risk-based prioritization and trade-off analysis
• Familiarity with industrial control systems, network security, or physical security environments
• Experience writing narratives or program documents for senior leadership audiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
