Hardware Design Engineer

Qualcomm is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer to develop high performance wireless and 5G chipsets for mobile, IoT, and automotive applications. In this role, you will architect, design, and verify digital and mixed signal hardware blocks, create schematics, run simulations, and support lab bring up and validation. You will collaborate closely with RF, firmware, and physical design teams to optimize performance, power, and area. • Create schematics and run circuit- and system level simulations
• Perform timing, power, and signal integrity analysis to meet performance targets
• Collaborate with RF, firmware, and physical design teams on integrated solutions
• Support lab bring up, hardware validation, and debugging of silicon issues
• Prepare design documentation, specifications, and reviews
• Contribute to design-for-test and design-for-manufacturability strategies
• Support productization and release to manufacturing in high volume environments
