Devops Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and maintain CI/CD infrastructure, cloud environments, and automation frameworks to support AI-driven product delivery.You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and product owners to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure deployment.You’ll focus on accelerating deployment, improving reliability, and enforcing security standards across platforms.This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that shapes how AI solutions are built and delivered at Allianz AI Factory.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and software products * Develop and manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, etc.* Operate and optimize AWS/Azure/GCP environments for model training, deployment, and monitoring * Build and manage Docker/Kubernetes workloads and orchestration * Implement end-to-end monitoring, logging, and alerting for platform reliability * Enforce DevSecOps practices and security/regulatory standards * Automate repetitive tasks and participate in on-call rotations with incident response * Maintain technical documentation and runbooks Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering * Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps * Proficiency with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP); multi-cloud is a plus * Expert-level Docker and Kubernetes (Helm, Kustomize) * IaC experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation * Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) * Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK) * Git and branching strategy (GitFlow, trunk-based) * Familiarity with DevSecOps, secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), vulnerability scanning * Excellent communication and collaboration in international teams * Preferred: MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML); cloud certifications; experience in regulated financial services; ML knowledge Requisitos principales * hybrid work model with up to 25 days abroad * bonus scheme * pension * employee shares program * lifelong learning and development * flexible working
