Technical Dynamics 365 Lead (local only)

• Lead the technical architecture, design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Dynamics 365 developers, consultants, and integration teams.
• Design and implement customizations using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and middleware platforms.
• Define development standards, coding practices, deployment processes, and technical governance.
• Review solution designs, technical specifications, code, and implementation approaches.
• Manage environments, solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and release management across development, testing, UAT, and production.
• Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance problems, integration failures, and production incidents.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, compliance, and maintainability requirements.
• Support estimation, technical planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices across the Dynamics 365 development team.
