DevOps / Backend Engineer - Node.js, Kubernetes, AWS, Agentic AI

We are a team of expert developers with the goal of creating the next generation of systems that will power gaming and game development.

We are looking for a DevOps / Backend Engineer to build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure, backend services, and AI-enabled systems. This role combines backend development in Node.js, cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, Kubernetes operations, and work with agentic AI workflows.

The development experience we offer is oriented towards professionals who are capable of high initiative and high output leveraging Claude Code technology.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend services using Node.js / TypeScript.
Develop APIs, microservices, background workers, and integrations with internal and external systems.
Deploy, operate, and monitor applications running on Kubernetes.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
Improve system reliability, observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Strong experience with Node.js backend development.

Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and production deployments.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Good understanding of networking, security, IAM, secrets management, and cloud best practices.
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB.
Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, fault tolerance, and production operations.
