Platform Infrastructure Engineers

• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere/ESXi infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and cloud management platforms.
• Support Linux-based systems, Kubernetes clusters, and Helm deployments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Troubleshoot virtualization, networking, storage, and platform-related issues.
• Support software deployment into disconnected and regulated environments.
• Develop deployment validation, health checks, and testing automation.
• Ensure infrastructure meets security and compliance requirements.

• VMware ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and cluster administration
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Advanced Linux systems administration
• Kubernetes administration and Helm
• Git/GitOps and CI/CD automation
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support experience

Strongly Preferred

• Morpheus, VMware Aria/vRealize, CloudBolt, or similar cloud management platforms
• Air-gapped or disconnected deployment experience
• STIG and FIPS-compliant environments
• Packer, OVF/OVA, Cloud-Init, and VM template management
• Private registries, container image management, and repository administration
• vSAN, NFS, iSCSI, and enterprise networking technologies

Desired Experience

• 5+ years of Infrastructure, Platform, or Cloud Engineering experience
• Enterprise private cloud or on-premises platform support
• Kubernetes-based platform operations
• Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
