Grupo Tecdata Engineering busca un/a especialista en Salesforce Service Cloud Voice con experiencia en proyectos de Contact Center para unirse a un proyecto tecnológico en curso.Se requiere experiencia con Amazon Connect como backend de telefonía y capacidad de traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas.El/la candidato/a trabajará en integración, pruebas, despliegues y soporte técnico, con foco en end-to-end y optimización de routing, IVR y analítica.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements
