5-10 years of experience in QA engineering, test automation, or software quality assurance Strong experience designing and implementing automated test strategies for complex web applications and distributed systems Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress Experience testing APIs, frontend interfaces, backend workflows, and end-to-end system integrations Familiarity with performance testing, regression testing, and release validation in enterprise environments Experience validating AI/LLM-driven systems, including prompt behavior, output quality, and response consistency, is strongly preferred Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, defect tracking, and automated test reporting Prior engagement in large-scale enterprise environments and mission-critical systems Candidate must be located in an EU member country Excellent communication skills in English Nice to Have Experience in fintech or financial services Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Experience working with test data validation, backend integrations, and microservices-based architectures
