Senior Test Engineer / Qa Automation Engineer

In addition to validating APIs, frontend applications, backend services, and end-to-end workflows, you will help establish approaches for testing LLM behavior, prompt outputs, model responses, and hallucination rates.You will work closely with software engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that AI-powered solutions are reliable, performant, and aligned with defined business requirements and SLAs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, document, and execute comprehensive automated testing strategies across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and data flows.Develop and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.Design verification approaches specifically for AI and LLM-based systems, including validation of prompt behavior, model outputs, response consistency, and hallucination rates.Test complex end-to-end AI workflows and automated actions, ensuring they behave according to defined business logic.Perform API, system integration, regression, and performance/load testing before production releases.Validate application and platform performance against agreed business and technical SLAs.Identify defects, create detailed bug reports, investigate failures, and perform root-cause analysis.Collaborate closely with developers and AI engineers to reproduce issues and support effective resolution.Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices.Requirements5+ years of professional QA / Test Engineering experience, with a strong focus on test automation.Strong hands-on experience with at least one modern automation framework such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.Strong experience with API testing and backend/service-level testing.Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites.Strong knowledge of integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.Experience with performance and load testing.Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.Experience validating complex business workflows and testing against defined requirements and SLAs.Strong understanding of software development and QA best practices.Ability to work effectively with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.Fluent professional English and confidence working in an international environment.What We OfferAt TEAM International, you’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects alongside top professionals, collaborate with international clients, and leverage the latest technologies.Work with global IT talent in a flexible engagement modelBe part of challenging, high-impact projects with modern tech stacksFull compliance with security and regulatory standardsA supportive, collaborative, and people-first environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
