Data Migration Engineer

WA Consultants is currently recruiting for an experienced Data Migration Engineer to support a large-scale digital transformation programme, migrating thousands of users from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 within a secure cloud environment., * Deliver end-to-end migration activities from planning through to execution and validation

• Support migration scheduling, staging and batching activities
• Troubleshoot migration issues, errors and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with Google Workspace, M365 and infrastructure teams
• Perform migration testing and quality assurance
• Track and document migration progress and outcomes
• Ensure data integrity, completeness and accuracy
• Develop scripts and automation to support data remediation

• Proven experience delivering Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations
• Strong understanding of Exchange Online, OneDrive and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Cloudiway and/or Microsoft migration tools
• Strong troubleshooting and Scripting skills
• Experience working on large-scale migration projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
