Job description

As a Lead .NET Developer, you are the technical reference for .NET applications within the OptiGen domain, supporting the Lumi Power team and the broader Optimization & Generation Department. You combine deep technical expertise with a coordinating mindset, ensuring robust, performant and future-proof solutions while aligning internal and external development teams.

What you’ll do

  • You act as the internal SPOC and technical authority for .NET applications and integrations.
  • You actively contribute to the development of complex, high-impact .NET solutions, combining hands-on delivery with architectural oversight.
  • You steer and guide nearshore development teams, ensuring alignment with internal standards and expectations.
  • You safeguard quality by defining and enforcing coding standards, organizing code reviews and promoting best practices.
  • You drive automation and engineering excellence through CI/CD, testing and deployment improvements.
  • You continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, collaboration and technical approaches across teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAFe?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * You have strong experience within the .NET ecosystem (C#, APIs, microservices, integrations).

  • You bring solid knowledge of scalable architectures, design patterns and software best practices.
  • You are familiar with DevOps principles and CI/CD automation; cloud experience (preferably AWS) is a strong plus.
  • You have experience guiding external development teams in a non-hierarchical setup.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, translating technical decisions into actionable guidance.
  • You have a hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on quality, maintainability and continuous improvement.
