Your Responsibilities As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a central role in defining and governing the IT landscape:

  • Facilitate architecture governance processes, including Architecture Review Board (ARB) sessions, decision-making workflows, and traceability
  • Translate platform and cloud governance guidelines into actionable recommendations for delivery teams
  • Support strategic decision-making by conducting architecture studies, trade-off analyses (ATAM), and cost-benefit evaluations (CBAM)
  • Maintain and evolve the enterprise architecture repository as a single source of truth for architecture artefacts and decisions
  • Define and drive the application strategy and ensure alignment across business and IT stakeholders
  • Contribute to the definition of the enterprise-wide IT roadmap, ensuring consistency across initiatives and dependencies
  • Perform architecture alignment assessments and compliance reviews across projects and programs
  • Drive the definition and adoption of enterprise data architecture standards and governance practices
  • Coach and guide architects and technical stakeholders across the organization

Technical Environment

  • Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate)
  • IT governance and service management (ITIL, portfolio management)
  • Cloud-native architectures and platform governance
  • Microservices and event-driven architectures
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Application portfolio management (e.g., TIME model)
  • Architecture tools (Sparx EA, LeanIX or equivalent)
  • Data architecture, integration patterns, and governance

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
  • Proven experience in leading governance frameworks and facilitating ARB sessions
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels (business and IT)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Pragmatic approach with the ability to balance vision and execution
  • Experience in complex transformation environments; M&A exposure is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in Agile delivery environments is an asset
  • Experience in energy or utilities sectors is a plus
