Job description

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software for insurance and financial products
Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to deliver customer-focused digital solutions
Write clean, tested, and well-documented code following best practices and Allstate standards
Integrate with internal and third-party APIs and services within cloud-native environments
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure high-quality delivery
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability in production
Implement security, privacy, and compliance standards relevant to financial and insurance data
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering tools, pipelines, and development practices

Requirements

Java or C or similar scripting language
SQL and relational databases
RESTful API design and integration
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
