Job description
As part of the Belgian support team, you provide IT support to our clinics and central functions across Belgium. You play a key role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and contributing to IT projects and system implementations.
You will work closely with colleagues in Belgium and across Europe to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services throughout the organization., * Provide first-line IT support to clinics and support office employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, telephony, email, and user accounts.
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, security, and workplace systems across Belgium.
- Contribute to IT projects, software implementations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Belgian and European colleagues to enhance IT services and user experience.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Desktop & Server environments.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and security.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and providing end-user support.
- Service-oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems independently.
- At least professional proficiency in Dutch and French, with a good professional level of English
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Belgium. Experience with VoIP, software integrations, or GDPR compliance is considered an asset.
