In the role of SQA (Service Quality Assurance), you will be responsible for:

Quality

  • WEC Inspections:
  • Evaluation of maintenance technicians after interventions
  • Compliance of the machines with Enercon quality standards
  • Perform approval process checks in the field of SQA: in real conditions, check the acquisition of theoretical training by service technicians and supplement it if necessary
  • Carry out process monitoring: in real conditions, check compliance with processes and the application of Enercon protocols
  • Participate (to support the internal trainers) in the improvement of the theoretical training of the technicians
  • Internal IMS audits
  • Inspections of the WEC’s after commissioning

Technical Support

  • Providing technical support - in the field of SQA - to service technicians and/or technical coordination, in addition to the support services
  • Participating in technical projects from time to time
  • Drafting technical/informative documents for the technicians

HSE

  • Implements the HSE-policy
  • Supports management and the HSE department in the execution of the QHSE policy
  • Ensures their own safety and that of colleagues in the work environment in general
  • Follows work instructions and all applicable rules within the company
  • Uses PPE wisely, adheres to the rules for use and storage, and ensures the validity of the prescribed inspections
  • Reports incidents, accidents, and hazardous situations related to QHSE

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor in Electromechanics (or equivalent through experience)

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Service Technician at ENERCON
  • Knowledge of software: Microsoft Office, SAP, ClickSchedule, Lotus Notes
  • Strict and organized
  • Teaching skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and an excellent knowledge of Dutch or French; knowledge of the other national language is an asset
  • Safety-minded
  • Flexibility and highly mobility required - willingness to travel (across the country and possibly abroad) to meet the companies requirements
  • Driving license (B)
