Your future team: One of our key clusters specializes in Automation & Robotics, managing a portfolio of 200+ bots across the bank’s entities. As our new Cluster Product Owner - Robotics, you’ll shape the future of automation by:
- Translating technical and efficiency opportunities into a scalable strategy and product vision
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to align solutions with business needs
AND IN DETAIL
Your role as Cluster Product Owner - Robotics:
- Shape the automation strategy: Translate the bank’s strategic plan into a future-proof automation roadmap, driving efficiencies in customer and employee journeys while aligning with market trends and innovations.
- Define and prioritize initiatives: Identify, scope, and steer high-impact automation projects that support the strategy-balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with cross-functional tribes, squads, and stakeholders to embed automation into the bank’s operations, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Lead automation projects (end-to-end):
- Own the portfolio of automation initiatives (from definition to review), ensuring delivery meets strategic objectives.
- Represent the tribe in governance bodies, product boards, and initiative steering committees.
- Drive continuous improvement:
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to evolve the bank’s automation capabilities.
- Work with Product Owners to design and implement enhancements.
- Engage with senior leadership, Group colleagues, and key stakeholders to champion automation as a strategic lever., + Market & innovation mindset: A proactive trend-watcher, you stay ahead of market evolutions to identify automation opportunities. Your expertise in automation and innovation enables you to anticipate changes and design high-value strategies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Rally (agile software)?, + Strategic vision & execution: You own the strategic roadmap for Robotics automation, defining functional adaptations to drive transformation. Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking are key to leading this evolution.
- Stakeholder collaboration: A natural relationship-builder, you engage effectively with cross-departmental teams (within BNP Paribas Fortis and the Group) to align automation initiatives with business goals.
- Communication & influence:
- Exceptional communication skills-you distill complex ideas into clear messages for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Fluent in English + French or Dutch (written and verbal), with the ability to engage internal and external audiences professionally.
- Technical proficiency:
- Microsoft Office (advanced)
- Rally, Snow (or similar tools)
