ICT Team Lead

• Leading and developing a team of approximately 5 IT professionals across Infrastructure, Security and Support, ensuring strong collaboration and clear priorities

• Managing and continuously improving the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers and cloud environments to guarantee stability and performance

• Taking ownership of IT security, ensuring policies, compliance and best practices are defined, implemented and monitored

• Driving the performance of the Service Desk, setting and following up on KPIs to ensure high-quality end-user support

• Acting as the primary link between IT operations and management, translating business needs into IT actions

• Leading IT projects end-to-end, defining scope, planning timelines and resources, and ensuring delivery within budget and deadlines

• Coordinating internal stakeholders and external IT partners to ensure smooth execution of projects and services

• Monitoring outsourced IT services and holding external partners accountable for agreed service levels and performance

• Defining and driving the IT roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders, aligning IT strategy with business objectives

• Reporting directly to the IT Manager

• Acting as escalation point for operational and project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution

• Supporting the team with hands-on technical expertise when needed and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes

You are an experienced IT professional with a strong technical background and a first or solid experience in leadership.

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Master’s degree in computer science or engineering

• Minimum 7 years of experience within IT infrastructure or operations

• Prior experience in a team lead or senior role is a strong asset

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Hands-on mindset combined with a coaching leadership style

• Able to start on short notice and motivated to join directly on payroll

• Salary between €5,000-€6,000 gross/month , depending on experience
