Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineer

As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineer at Cint, you will directly shape the core foundation that powers our global research technology marketplace. Our platform processes real-time data from nearly 300 million respondents across 150 countries.

In this role, you will lead our primary technical OKR: modernizing our deployment ecosystem by migrating core workloads from Jenkins to Harness, while automating AWS infrastructure and empowering our R&D software teams with high-speed, self-service developer tooling. What You Will Be Doing (Main Responsibilities):

• CI/CD Modernization & Platform Migration: Spearhead our core business OKR of transitioning our continuous integration and delivery pipelines from legacy Jenkins to Harness. Automate software builds and deployments to eliminate repetitive manual operational overhead across R&D.
• Infrastructure as Code & AWS Cloud Automation: Design, provision, and maintain high-availability AWS infrastructure (EKS, RDS, S3, ElastiCache) using modular Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. Ensure 100% Infrastructure-as-Code compliance across all platforms.
• Developer Enablement & Internal Support: Serve as an embedded infrastructure expert supporting application development teams. Assist software engineers through our dedicated “Ask Infrastructure” channel, troubleshooting deployment issues, upgrading dependencies, and embedding DevOps culture across engineering scrums.
• Observability, SRE & Incident Management : Enhance system telemetry and alerting across Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack. Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain platform availability, with a structured 3-month onboarding runway before joining the active schedule.

• Cloud & Infrastructure as Code: Proven track record running production systems on AWS via CLI/API and building modular infrastructure using Terraform.
• Containers & Orchestration: Strong practical experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes management (EKS).
• CI/CD & Automation: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, Git workflows, and build/release automation using Jenkins, Harness, or GitHub Actions.
• Scripting & Tooling: Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Go, or Bash) for infrastructure automation.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Direct experience with Harness CI/CD platform migrations.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud architectures (GCP/Azure).
• Experience configuring Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK telemetry stacks.
