Solution Architect (Java Full Stack)

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise applications.
• Provide strong technical leadership across Java Full Stack development.
• Design and architect applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define architecture standards, design principles, coding practices, and technology guidelines.
• Design API-driven architectures, RESTful services, and modern integration solutions.
• Architect highly available, scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed systems.
• Leverage AWS Cloud services to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
• Drive adoption of Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native technologies.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and promote DevSecOps best practices.
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Mentor and guide engineers on architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and technical leadership.
• Identify technical risks, evaluate alternatives, and provide solutions to complex architectural challenges.
• Drive application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
