Then become part of our team as an AI Solution Consultant! tasks As an AI Solution Consultant, you will advise our customers on the design and implementation of agency AI solutions and AI-supported process automation. You will analyze and optimize business processes, integrate AI components into existing system landscapes and support the implementation from use case identification to productive operation.

• Advising our customers on use case development, target architecture and the implementation and scaling of solutions.
• Design of agentic AI systems that plan tasks, use corporate knowledge, call up tools and APIs, and execute multi-stage processes.
• Development of AI-powered automation solutions by integrating LLMs, machine learning models, business rules, workflows, and existing applications.
• Design of agent and workflow architectures including retrieval augmented generation, memory, tool use, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
• Integration of AI and automation solutions into cloud, data and application landscapes using suitable interfaces and platform services.
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation of relevant AI, agent and automation technologies.

• Excellent communication skills in German and English as well as the ability to communicate complex technical relationships in a targeted manner.
• Completed studies in computer science, data science, mathematics, business informatics or a related field or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in development and technology consulting with direct customer contact.
• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes as well as in designing and implementing AI-supported solutions.
• Ability to translate technical goals into solution architectures and feasible work packages.
• Profound practical knowledge of agent AI systems
• Experience developing LLM-based applications and integrating APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Safe use of Python, software engineering practices, Git, and container technologies such as Docker.
• Profound experience with cloud platforms and AI services, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, personal responsibility and flexibility

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in conducting customer workshops, requirements analyses, use case prioritization and management presentations.
• Experience with agent and orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or comparable technologies.
• Knowledge of automation platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps or comparable solutions.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, Model Context Protocol, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience in presales, offer development, cost estimation or project management.

In addition to an interesting, constantly evolving work environment, we also offer compensation for your work in line with your level and position. For legal reasons, we refer to the minimum annual salary of 55,356.00€ for full-time employment (38.5 hours) under the collective agreement. The final salary is, of course, based on your individual experience.
