Functie-eisen - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digital Experience, Product Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 3 years with a Master’s degree. - Proven experience in Consent Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), privacy, or related digital experience domains. - Experience leading the implementation, adoption, and continuous optimization of consent and identity management platforms. - Strong track record of managing complex digital products in a global, matrixed organization with multiple business and technology stakeholders. - Experience translating regulatory, customer, and business requirements into scalable product capabilities. - Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and their impact on customer data, consent, and identity management processes.
