Data Privacy Programme Manager

• Own and maintain the programme roadmap, milestones, dependencies and delivery plans.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level.
• Manage programme risks, issues, resources and change control.
• Coordinate delivery across Technology, Legal, Security, Compliance and business teams.
• Track progress, benefits realisation and successful transition into BAU operations.

• Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Strong programme governance, RAID, planning and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical delivery outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional delivery.
• Programme management certification (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent experience.

Desirable

• Privacy, Data Protection or Information Governance programme experience.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and wider regulatory frameworks.
• Experience within regulated or highly governed environments., A confident programme leader who thrives in complex environments, can align multiple stakeholders around shared objectives, and has a proven ability to drive transformation from planning through to successful delivery.
