Requirements
adoption and infrastructure modernisation projects, including Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid environments. Ensure customer environments remain secure and aligned with Cyber Essentials best practices. Act as the final technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and support issues. Take ownership of major technical incidents and change requests through to successful completion. Mentor and support Service Desk engineers, helping to develop the wider technical capability of the business. Work collaboratively across Professional Services, Service Delivery and Account Management to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. What You’ll Need Extensive hands-on experience across Microsoft technologies, including: Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory, Exchange Online Strong experience working with: Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, SQL, AWS, Hybrid infrastructure environments and Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions. Good understanding of networking technologies: LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall, Switching and Routing, Wireless networking, Co-location and Hybrid environments Experience of diagnostic information gathering and analytical thinking, the ability to understand the architecture of operations and undertake root cause analysis. The ability to undertake research consulting a range of data sources and critical thinking skills to provide detailed and accurate analysis. An understanding of current security concepts and frameworks relating to cyber essentials and ISO2701 Accurate and effective communication using a variety of techniques including verbal and written work.
