Job description

MCI Benelux SA is looking for an Event Tech Coordinator (G1), who works closely with the Corporate Division Director, the Senior Event Coordinator and the wider M&E team.

You will lead the Cvent build of registration websites and mobile apps (with senior support on complex projects), coordinate the full delegate journey - from registration through hotel allocation, transfers and onsite check-in - and act as a point of contact for clients on the digital and delegate side of each project., * Design, build and maintain event registration websites, email campaigns and mobile apps in Cvent, working on several concurrent projects

  • Manage registration processes and attendee databases (data cleansing, segmentation, GDPR-compliant handling)
  • Test sites before go-live and troubleshoot issues pre-event and onsite to ensure client success
  • Deliver pre, during and post-event analytics and reports

Delegate management

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delegate journey: registration, hotel allocation, transfers, dietary and accessibility needs
  • Liaise with hotels, DMCs and transport suppliers; manage rooming lists and arrival/departure manifests
  • Handle delegate communications (invitations, confirmations, reminders) and support onsite check-in and badge production

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * 2-4 years of experience in events, MICE, hospitality or digital project coordination

  • Hands-on experience with Cvent or similar event-tech / registration platforms (Aventri, EventsAir, Bizzabo, Splash, RainFocus) OR proven web-building experience (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, HTML/CSS) and willingness to learn Cvent quickly
  • Professional working proficiency in English (C1 minimum)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several concurrent projects under tight deadlinesEligible to work in the EU

Nice to have

  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
  • Basic HTML / CSS to customise registration pages and emails
  • Additional languages are a plus (Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese)Experience supporting events onsite (badge printing, check-in apps, kiosk setup)
