Key Responsibilities Solution Delivery & Functional Expertise Lead full lifecycle Business Central Implementations Analyse and document business requirements across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, service management and warehousing Configure core Business Central Develop functional specifications for integrations and customisations in collaboration with technical teams Client Engagement Facilitate workshops, training sessions and UAT Act as primary advisor for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle Provide guidance on process optimisation, system adoption and digital transformation Build strong client relationships Assist with hyper-care, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis Lead enhancement projects and continuous improvements Delivery & Leadership
