Job description

Preference will be given to candidates who are holders and need to be working from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
The selection process will include two rounds of interviews-one with Cognizant and one with the client., We are looking to add a Senior Full Stack Developer to help accelerate development of our enterprise FinOps platform. Cloud Explorer has become the strategic platform for cloud cost visibility, budgeting, forecasting, optimization recommendations, cost allocation, AI-powered insights, and multi-cloud financial management across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. We are seeking a strong technical candidate with experience across cloud engineering, application development, data engineering, and FinOps. This individual should be capable of contributing as a hands-on developer while also helping mentor team members and drive technical best practices.

Requirements

Cloud & AWS · Strong AWS development experience · Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, Athena, Glue, Redshift, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM · Serverless and event-driven architectures · Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation Frontend Development · React · TypeScript · JavaScript · Modern web application design and development · Dashboard and reporting application experience Backend & Data Engineering · Python preferred · REST APIs and microservices · SQL and large-scale data processing · Data lake architectures · Apache Iceberg, Athena, Redshift, Glue, and analytics workloads FinOps & Cloud Cost Management · Cloud cost optimization · Budgeting and forecasting · Cost allocation / chargeback methodologies · AWS Cost & Usage Reporting (CUR) · FOCUS data model experience preferred AI & Automation · Experience developing AI-powered applications · Amazon Bedrock and Generative AI experience preferred · LLM integrations and natural language interfaces · Workflow automation and intelligent recommendations DevOps & Engineering Practices · GitHub and CI/CD pipelines · Automated testing · Containerization · Secure software development practices · Architecture, code reviews, and mentoring experience Preferred Qualifications · FinOps certification · AWS Solutions Architect certification · Experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform · ServiceNow integrations · Experience building enterprise SaaS or internal platforms · Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders Our goal is to find someone who can help us continue evolving Cloud Explorer into an enterprise-grade platform while also bringing additional expertise in AWS, React, big data, AI, FinOps, and modern software engineering practices.
