Commercial Technology Manager

• Own the technology roadmap for commercial, pricing, and logistics systems supporting fuel distribution
• Lead implementation, enhancement, and integration of ERP, TMS, and planning tools
• Collaborate with commercial, logistics, and finance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Oversee data quality, reporting, and analytics for real-time operational and commercial insights
• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and system performance for key platforms
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and reliability of commercial applications
• Lead and mentor a small technical team and coordinate cross functional project resources
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in digital solutions
• Support incident resolution and change management for production systems
• Report on KPIs, project status, and technology risks to senior leadership

• Enterprise systems management (ERP/TMS in energy or commodities)
