Job description
As Technical Product Manager II - Enterprise SDK Integration, you will be accountable for shaping the direction, strategy, and execution behind our enterprise SDKs, APIs, developer tooling, and programmatic connectivity workflows. The position sits at the center of engineering, security, commerce, and customer success, driving shared alignment across those groups to ship polished developer experiences and integration capabilities built to enterprise standards. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Serve as the owner of roadmap, strategic direction, surface area scope, and end-to-end lifecycle for enterprise SDKs spanning a range of languages and platforms.
- Monitor product KPIs - adoption figures, API usage levels, customer activation rates, and how long integrations take to complete - and turn those signals into ongoing improvements.
- Build out activation approaches for customers, onboarding paths, technical playbooks, and enablement content for developers so teams reach value faster.
- Specify integration frameworks and capabilities built on REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Manage dependencies that span teams, keep delivery milestones on track, clear obstacles, and communicate progress through written narratives and updates to executives.
- Work alongside engineering and architecture counterparts to shape SDK architecture that scales, along with API versioning approaches, backward compatibility standards, and developer-facing documentation.
Requirements
- Cloud & Infrastructure Awareness - 3+ years of exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tooling such as Terraform.
- Technical Product Management - 5+ years owning SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS products.
- API & Integration Design - 5+ years hands-on with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, OAuth/SAML, and API gateways., * A background in Agile/Scrum delivery, plus experience authoring 6-page narrative business cases.
- Prior work on telecom, networking, or connectivity platform integrations.
- An MBA or a Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Working knowledge of commerce, billing, catalog, entitlement, and multi-party service contracts.
